For organizations who are authorized and required to apply mechanical restraints as a last resort, NAPPI staff is ready to come to your location and teach how to safely and effectively apply your regulatory agency-approved mechanical restraint device(s). You will receive a thorough, on-site education on humane restraint using the mechanical restraining skills necessary when applying the devices you already use in the actual room(s) where they are used. NAPPI will also help you choosing appropriate devices, improve the safety of the room and refine your policies, procedures and protocols.

We only deliver this training on site, and after the purchase of at least a standard trainer program, to ensure that all possible measures to avoid a restraint are used before this training is implemented.
